THere is a company called Luminaud (link removed as per our no-advertising policy - please email the poster if you need the link - Moderator-DB) that sells voice amplification devices, altho not the kind you mentioned. I just bought a lightweight one from them called the Spokeman, and I love it. As you do training, you may require one with stronger amplification, such as the Chattervox. I tried both the Chattervox and the Spokeman, and I prefer the lighter and smaller Spokeman, altho the Chattervox is much more powerful and has slightly better sound quality. It is also larger, heavier, and must be worn around the waist (The Spokeman can be worn around the neck). Luminaud has excellent customer service, and will answer any questions you have. You can email them if you don't like using the phone, they are also very patient with voice disorders if you do call them. They will help you to find the correct microphone for your particular voice. They are very prompt in their responses and in getting your order delivered. Insurance companies and Medicaid are starting to reiumburse for these items. The Spokeman cost $95 and the mic I bought cost $85. The Chattervox costs more, I think it is $160, and mics are separate.Dean
