The Chat instructions (Chat Room link below Navigation bar) call for you to install Sun's Java 2 plug-in. One of the myriad of Internet security problems which currently beset Windows users relates to this plug-in. Go: Start > Programs > Java Web Start > Java Web Start > Help > About Java Web Start. You should have Version 1.4.2_06. If you have an earlier version, go: Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or remove programs. Select Java 2 Runtime Environment and Remove. Then go to the Chat Room page and follow the link to download the latest "Sun's Java 2 plug-in".

There is a 'family' of bulletin boards hosted at the website www.dystonia-bb.org - this includes the SD BB, the Dystonia BB etc.

These BBs all share a common chat room.

To go to the chatroom, click on the blue link at the top of the main page BB named "Chat room".

Hollyberry, our webmaster's post was an advisory explaining what steps to follow if you use the Windows operating system, decide to participate in the chat room, and get a message asking you to install a plug-in.

If we can expand on this explanation please let one of us know.
