I was wondering if anybody that has tremors is on any particular medication that helps with the tremors?

Shirley, I'm not on any medication for my tremors because the side effects are sometimes worse then the tremors themselves. My neurologist did tell me to take CO-Q10 and magnesium 250 mg instead. I take 100 mg CO-Q10 daily and 250 mg magnesium daily both in the morning with food.

How long have you been taking the CO-Q10 and magnesium and does it seem to help with the tremors?

Shirley, I have been on the mag and Co-Q10 now for over a year. Yes, it has been helping. I notice a difference with the everyday tremors but the tremors are still the same if I'm stressed.

I haven't heard that CO-Q10 and magnesium help.

I have AB SD. I wonder if I should try this?
