I recall reading on here once, that one should not clear your throat while talking. Why? I do it, either when my voice sticks, or a word has a hard time exiting my mouth. I can't help it. It's like I'm pretending that there isn't a problem, and trying to cover it up, or just get over it. Does anyone else know what I am talking about? I also have read that one should not whisper. I actually have been told to whisper, because my voice is so loud, or strong. I would love to talk in a normal tone, but sometimes it's hard.
I'm still happy with my unilateral injection which I had on March 11th. Yet it's different than the bilateral ones. I have been able to breathe and talk easier since day one, with no severe breathiness, yet, it is not a perfect voice. I'm not sure if I still need more time for that to happen. I'm not complaining, just observing. :)
Any comments would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance,
