| What is the best pillow to use to ease your neck pain? |  | ||

I haven't seen too many posts on this particular question, but for those of you that suffer from Dystonia especially, are there any "Pillows" that might help you to sleep better at night? I already suffer from Dysphonia,go for my botox, but I wake up in the morning with terrible neck pain also. Any thoughts? Thanks. |

I love my Memory Foam contour pillow. I bought it at Kohls on sale for around 35.00. |

Thank you so much for responding to my question. I was beginning to think that most of you thought this question to be a bit obscure for this forum, yet, I asked only because my SD is so bad that I tend to strain to speak and I get terrible headaches and neck pain. I will have to keep that in mind and experiment with that pillow to see if it eases my headaches and neck pain. Thanks again. |
