| Juice Newton Performs in Benefit Concert for Dystonia! |  | ||

Hi Everyone! On Sat., 10/3 at 7 p.m. Grammy award-winning recording artist JUICE NEWTON, known for such hits as "Queen of Hearts" and "Angel of the Morning" will be headlining a Benefit Concert for Dystonia in San Diego. This event is being organized by the Dystonia Support & Advocacy Group of San Diego County and we hope that you can attend. Tickets are $25 and $40 and can be purchased at www.showboxoffice.com or by contacting Paul Fowler (Pres. of Juice's fan club who has Spasmodic Dysphonia himself) at sdvoicehelp@earthlink.net or 858-922-8309. Proceeds from the event will be equally divided between the DMRF and the NSDA and used to fund research. The concert will take place at the beautiful Joan Kroc Theatre located at 6845 University Ave., San Diego, CA 92115. If you live near San Diego or even farther away, we encourage you to come and join us for a fun evening that is for such an important cause! Make this into a vacation weekend and explore other attractions in our city. Sorry that you didn't know. We've been trying to get the word out in as many ways as we can...through e-blasts and mailings, the NSDA website, etc. Juice puts on a fantastic show so if there is any way that you can be there, it will be great. And the NSDA's Western Regional Symposium is earlier in the day (10:30-3:00 p.m.) here in San Diego at UCSD in Hillcrest. That will be a very informative event! |

I'll be thinking about all those gathered on Saturday, 10/3, in San Diego for the NSDA Regional Symposium and Juice Newton Concert.
