I've just been informed that Medicare will not cover Botox injections. Has this happened to others in 2011? |

I just had my first under Medicare and they took awhile to look it up but I was told that they would cover it. Carol |

Well, I certainly hope it is not true because I have my first injections under Medicare the middle of this month and the cost of hospital facilities and the two physicians is really high. My secondary is COBRA Blue Cross (my prior company subsidizes the cost of it), however, so hopefully I'll be OK. After this month I'll be going to an Medicare Advantage or supplement since then the COBRA will no longer be paid by my company. |
