Hi, I am just curious to know how many of you have generalised Dystonia like me, as nearly all my body is now affected with the exception of my voice, (have had several 'bouts' of Dysphonia with virusses, but that's it.) Much of the literacture suggests that it's the last place to be affected, and I've had some wierd sensations like elastic bands in my throat recently. I guess that 'forewarned is forearmed' as they say, and any info. or experiences you can share would be helpful, if unpleasant! Thanks, Steph |

Hi. Could you elaborate on the sensation of "elastic bands in the throat"? I have had AB/SD for many years and lately have noticed a heaviness in the chin or throat or a pulling of sorts from inside. Any similarities? Thanks. |
