Through the Mouth Botox Injection Procedure

I have had ADSD for about 5 years and have been receiving Botox injections about every 4 months with excellent results. However, i am evidently building up a calcium deposit at the site where the needle enters the neck. i understand that there is an alternative proceedure wherein the doctor goes in throught he mouth to administer the injection. Has anyone has experience with this technique and if so what is the best way to have this procedure administered?
