The more I think I understand this condition another twist seems to come up.

Needless to say I now feel mixed up about what to expect from my SD. I now have spasms that make it difficult at times to make an initial sound. Very difficult when trying to respond back to someone that you are calling on the phone.

When I get my botox shot these spasm stop, usually right away. I am assuming this is the AD part of my SD. I am also experiencing minor breaks in my speech that make me sound "raspy" or like I have a cold. It is not difficult to get my words out, they just don't always sound clear. Is this the AB side that may be coming out?

What I seem to be experiencing is that my botox seems to fix one and then the other will show up at various times after my botox.

Is this what most people experience or is my SD "mixed up"
