I am now noticing that I am having an easier time talking and this is particularly true if I don't attempt to project my voice very much. If I maintain a constant voice level without trying to emphasize words that I know willbe difficult I seem to be doing better.

This is simply an update for some of the folks that have been hesitating with the Thyroplasty surgery. I do believe that the "windows" that were cut into my cartilage have allowed Mayo to very accurately administer the Botox. The EMG signal was very strong with my last injection so I know feel that I am on the way to a much better voice quality.

We'll see what the next couple of weeks indicate. Last night I was amazed at the difference.
